By booking an experience with MF Experiences and your hostess, Kleopatra, you agree to the following terms:
1. Tailor-Made Bookings
All experiences are custom-designed. A booking is considered “confirmed” only after a written confirmation email from us and, where applicable, the receipt of a deposit.
2. Activities & Safety
- Outdoor Activities: Participation in trekking, kayaking, horse-riding, or salt harvesting is at the guest’s own risk. Guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the guides.
- Wellness: Please inform us of any skin sensitivities or medical conditions prior to mud/salt baths or massage sessions.
- Alcohol: Visits to the ouzo distillery and winery are strictly for guests over the legal drinking age (18+ in Greece).
3. Changes & Cancellations
- Weather Conditions: Some activities (lagoon boat rides, birdwatching, olive harvest) are weather-dependent. In the event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to offer an alternative activity or reschedule.

4. Third-Party Services
MF Experiences acts as a coordinator for local family businesses (bakeries, fish farms, etc.). While we ensure the highest quality, we are not directly liable for the independent operations of these local partners.
5. Transfers & Accommodation
Transfers to/from Athens and overnight stays in Messolonghi are provided via licensed third-party partners and must be arranged and confirmed at least [48-72] hours in advance.
6. Copyright & Photography
We love seeing your memories! However, if we take photos during the tour for our website/social media, we will always ask for your verbal or written consent first.
